I moved to Austria from Moscow a few years ago. No connections, no idea how anything worked, and — for the first while — a very shaky grasp of what a Meldezettel even was.
I built Buro 25/12 here from scratch — today it’s a small team of like-minded professionals and trusted local partners, not just me working alone. We help people going through exactly what I went through: building a life in Austria, and still waiting for their home to feel like part of it.
Why I do this work the way I do
I know what it’s like to move somewhere unfamiliar and rebuild a life, piece by piece, in a language that wasn’t mine. I’m also a wife and a mother — I plan homes around how a family actually lives, not just how it photographs. That’s the part of me that shows up in every project, more than any diploma does.
