How it works
Common questions
The design concept is built around your budget — not the other way around. It has 2-3 parts: budget for furniture, budget for renovation (if you need one) and a designer fee. My fee has two parts: a fixed price for the design/concept phase, and an hourly rate for the execution phase (contractors, purchasing, on-site management). As a rule, the total works out to roughly 10% of your overall project budget. Full pricing details are on the Services page.
It won't. You see the budget line by line before anything is purchased, and every purchase follows that approved number exactly — no quiet overspending.
Yes. You get 24/7 access to a live file: what's paid, what's in transit, what's delivered. Everything purchased is also held at a temporary warehouse you're welcome to visit in person.
No. I handle every conversation with contractors, landlords, and authorities — in German, English, or Russian.
As much as you want. You approve the concept and the budget upfront, then get weekly updates — you're never out of the loop, but you're also never buried in decisions.
