The agent or developer makes the connection. In the initial talk, the studio clarifies the buyer’s budget, location and wishes before an appointment is scheduled.

Depending on the buyer’s location, the consultation takes place in person in Vienna or online in English or Russian, followed by a proposal for the collaboration.
